Day 1. Mexico City
Arrival and transfer to the Hotel Century in Mexico City.
Day 2. Mexico City – Teotihuacan
– Querétaro
After the breakfast, a guided city tour through México
City. Afterwards, continue towards Teotihuacan,
where you will also have an interesting guided tour of this
archaeological site. On the way you will alos visit the Basilica
de Guadalupe. Continue your trip towards Querétaro.
On the way you will also see Peña de Bernal and/or
Tequisquiapan (depending on the time available). The inner
city of Santiago de Querétaro which has been declared
a Cultural Heritage of Mankind, and offers the visitor the
tradition of 460 years printed on its aqueduct, temples and
large houses that make this city one of the most beautiful
colonial places in Mexico. Overnight-stay in Querétaro
at Hotel Hidalgo.
Day 3. Querétaro – San
Miguel de Allende
This day will start with a city tour through Querétaro,
a beautiful old colonial-style city. In the afternoon
you will continue your trip towards San Miguel de Allende.

Day 4. San Miguel de Allende –
Dolores Hidalgo – Guanajuato
In the morning you will depart from San Miguel to Allende
and continue your trip towards Guanajuato.
On the way you will make a stopover in the beautiful colonial
city of Dolores Hidalgo.
Overnight-stay in Guanajuato.
Day 5. Guanajuato – Morelia
Today your tour continues onto Morelia, where you will enjoy
a guided tour through the city. Built in the 16th century,
Morelia is an outstanding example of urban planning which
combines the ideas of the Spanish Renaissance with the Mesoamerican
experience. Well-adapted to the slopes of the hill site, its
streets still follow the original layout. More than 200 historic
buildings, all in the region's characteristic pink stone,
reflect the town's architectural history, revealing a masterly
and eclectic blend of the medieval spirit with Renaissance,
Baroque and neoclassical elements. Morelia was the birthplace
of several important personalities of independent Mexico and
has played a major role in the country's history

Day 6. Morelia – Patzcuaro
– Lago de Zirahuen – Tzintzuntzan – Indian
Villages – Morelia
In the morning you will depart from Morelia towards Patzcuaro.
You will visit Lago de Zirahuen, Tzintzuntzan,(the capital
of the Purépecha Indian Empire) as well as some Indian
villages. Later you will return to your hotel in Morelia.
Day 7. Morelia – Mexico City
Transfer from Morelia to the airport in Mexico City. End of Services |
